ICECREAM FACTORY is a locally owned and operated business that opened in April 2024. The Greensboro location is the 1st ICECREAM FACTORY and there will be more!

We offer over 55 flavors of ice cream which are conveniently organized by category; Fun, Fruity, Creations, Classics & Non-Dairy.
FREE TOPPINGS
We believe ice cream can be even better with toppings! And what better way to enjoy that than with FREE Toppings! We didn't want to nickel and dime our customers, so we figured, let's make it free! We are changing the game and loving the creations that our customers make!
NON-DIARY/VEGAN OPTIONS
No dairy? No worries! We offer delicious, rich and creamy oat-based ice cream options. We also offer several sorbets, non-dairy toppings and non-dairy whipped creams!
